The Project Implementation Unit (PIU) is at the heart of the Somalia Urban Resilience Project II (SURP II), responsible for ensuring the successful execution of all project components. The PIU oversees day-to-day project operations, coordinates with stakeholders, and ensures compliance with national policies, donor requirements, and community needs.
