Grievance Mechanism
The NAGAAD Somalia Urban Resilience Project, Phase II, aims to address critical challenges faced by urban communities in Somalia by strengthening resilience to urban shocks, supporting infrastructure, and promoting sustainable development. A key component of the project is a robust grievance mechanism, ensuring transparency, accountability, and timely resolution of issues raised by beneficiaries and affected communities. This grievance mechanism aims to empower the community, ensuring that voices are heard, issues are addressed, and the project is responsive to the needs and concerns of all stakeholders.
